How apt is it that here I am happily munching on Haribo Happy Cola (Haribo is available everywhere here!) in my feeble attempt at mugging, and my eyes fall on the words “poor self-control” in our freaking wordy beloved marketing text. Excellent.

The 4-member SIMBoyz were founded in Lucerne, Switzerland in the spring of 2008. After being talent-spotted while being a banquet captain, Gordon H was approached to form a pop group, giving up his banquet career. Manager EllieC suggested that Gordon find other male singers, prompting the latter to call Norman C, who was his university classmate. When told impending efforts to form the band, Gordon H suggested calling up Damian G, his polytechnic mate of 6 years. Their friendship go back 6 years to their polytechnic days. The last member of the group, Jon Y, was spotted singing at the obscure bar of the local airport.
SIMBoyz’s debut self-titled EP, featuring a cover of *NSync’s Tearin’ Up My Heart, are out at all good neighbourhood stores now.
